The dielectric constant of Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board has strict tolerance control and low loss characteristics.
It is easy to mass produce CAF impedance (ion migration resistance), and RO4350B processing technology can be the same as standard epoxy resin/glass cloth.
Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board is fully compatible with traditional PCB manufacturing technology,
and does not require special pretreatment of through-hole copper plating (plasma treatment is required for PTFE board) or other pretreatment processes.
The resistance welding process can also grind the board. Compared with the traditional microwave material laminate, the price is lower, so it is widely used in active devices and high power RF design.
The fire rating is UL 94V-0.
Rogers RO4350B has the following characteristics:
Low RF loss: Df: 0.0037@10GHz
Low dielectric constant: Dk: 3.48+/-0.05 and fluctuating with temperature
Low Z-axis thermal expansion coefficient: 32 ppm/℃
Low plate internal expansion coefficient
Low dielectric constant tolerance
Excellent dimensional stability
Stable electrical characteristics at different frequencies
The processing technology is similar to FR-4, and it is easy for mass production and multi-layer mixing of FR4, so it has a great price competitive advantage.
Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board material is a proprietary textile glass cloth reinforced ceramic filler/hydrocarbon composite, which combines the electrical properties of PTFE/glass cloth materials and the processability of epoxy resin.
